Angelo D’Angelo, an Italian engineer is making the news headlines as he creates miniature 3D printed replicas of the popular monuments that he has been traveling for a long time. He started this mission with the construction of Milan Cathedral and has moved to making models of buildings located in countries like Pisa, Athens, Cologne, Bucharest and other places.
D’Angelo runs a blog on the name of “3DPrinTravel.” With the help of this blog, D’Angelo has been detailing his travels, posting Instagram pictures of the 3D printed model that he holds in front of the famous landmarks he visits. Even, hundreds of D’Angelo’s Instagram followers eagerly wait for his next post as his posts appeal to a number of people who are 3D printing fans.
